Located on Hidden Valley Resort an ALL SEASON resort in the Laurel Highlands Mountains of southwestern Pennsylvania, this lovely three bedroom two bath ranch provides all the comforts of a single family home with the tranquility of the mountains. Whatever the season your vacation will be memorable with the amenities of the resort at your door. This house is in the fairways section of Hidden Valley Resort on an alternate tee of the resort's golf course. You simply walk off the private deck across an alternate tee of the golf course to the swimming pool, basketball court, playground and foundation building. Enjoy down hill & cross country skiing as well as snow tubing on the resort. The living area is a large great room style living room including a dining area & open kitchen with counter bar. The stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling and lots of windows keep everyone comfortable as they gather together. Access to that private deck may be made through either the living room or master bedroom. Well equipped this home includes cable TV, VCR-DVD, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer & dryer, one king bed, one queen bed, & 3 twin beds. Area interests and activities include historic sights and museums, scenic hiking and bicycling trails, fishing, boating and white water rafting. No smoking. No pets. Deposit required.
